IStar Marketing is a digital marketing and AI integration agency based at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We work with clients in the UAE, the United States, Canada and other countries. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean IStar Marketing.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the contact and service request form on this website:

  • your name, company name, email address and country
  • the type of request and the message you write

The chat assistant on our homepage gives automatic answers. Messages typed into it are not stored or sent to us.

How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and send you the information or quote you asked for
  • to prepare and deliver an audit or service you requested
  • to keep a record of our conversation with you

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

Your form submission is delivered to our team through a secure form processing service. We may also share information with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and hosting providers, only as needed to serve you. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

Third-party services on this site

  • Google Maps shows our office location. Google may collect data when the map loads, under the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google's servers.
  • Website hosting may record standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Canada's PIPEDA and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it.
